It is proposed as a $30m closed end real estate fund, to run for 3 years.


The benchmark has been set at 20% growth per anum.

Subscriptions start from as little as $100,000 USD or more, incentives apply for large subscriptions and early investors. We also welcome institutional investors.

Investment Objective:

The objective of the fund is to provide the investors with high capital growth in the medium term through investment in a diversified range of property investment options in the UAE. Mainly focusing on Dubai and Abu Dhabi , but also consideration to Ajman , Sharjah and Ras al Khaimah. Investment will be directed across pre-launch (acquisition of land with full project development), post-launch (acquisition of a project or part of under early stage development), near completion – (post launch project in later stage of development) or completed project. The asset classes may include land or property purchase. Market forces will determine the trades throughout the 3 year period. Unlike some real estate funds that rely on single or very few purchases and await capital growth, Eventus will be regularly active in the market place in order to capitalise on lucrative opportunities and maximize returns as they arise.
