The two operating models for the Limpopo-Lipadi Game Reserve cater for the Game Reserve management and the Shareholder lodge and camp management.
Shareholder lodge and camp management
The Limpopo-Lipadi Farms (Pty) Limited board will appoint an executive committee for the management of the lodges and camps. The directors will be responsible for the Board functions. All Limpopo-Lipadi companies will be run in accordance with strict corporate governance procedures as specified in the South African good governance prescription. The relevant boards will meet every quarter with an Annual General Meeting which all shareholders will be invited to attend.
Game reserve management
A Game Reserve Association Agreement will ensure compliance of all the landowners (who have agreed to be part of the Reserve) with the constitution and management of the Reserve. The day-by-day Game Reserve operations will be run by a Management Committee appointed by the land owners of the Limpopo-Lipadi Game Reserve. The Management Committee will appoint a team who will be responsible for farm, environmental, employee, financial, game and infrastructure management of the Reserve
Commercial lodge management
The commercial lodges will be contracted out to a specialist commercial lodge operator.
General Infomation
All Limpopo Lipadi companies will be run in accordance with strict corporate governance procedures.
The relevant boards will meet every quarter.
All companies will further comply with the relevant Game Reserve agreements as specified in the Private Placement Memorandum.
