Bacolet Bay is located on the south coast of Grenada in the region of St David’s, close to many of the island’s attractions and only 20 minutes from Point Salines International Airport. Situated in 41 acres of tropical gardens the resort is surrounded by forest and has spectacular views over the Caribbean sea and rainforest covered mountains.

The secluded bay with its 200m white sandy beach is also a prime location for privacy. The resort will be low density, only 5 properties per acre, which will be built tiered into the hillside to ensure excellent views and privacy.

By regional standards, the Grenadian market is, we understand, considerably undervalued and most predict annual price rises of 10% or more over the medium term.
