ON SIGNING THE SALES AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT: 10% of the purchase price plus corresponding 7% IVA (30 days after reservation)

APPROXIMATELY 6 MONTHS AFTER RESERVATION: 10% of the purchase price plus corresponding 7% IVA

ON COMPLETION: 80% of the purchase price plus corresponding 7% IVA LESS the reservation fee.

The staged payments would be reflected in the sales and purchase agreement and the relevant payments would need to be paid by the relevant date in the contract.
