Spanish Repossessions – The Old Way
Everyone seems to be talking about repossessions and distressed sales. The trouble is many properties advertised as distressed or bank repossessions actually are the same properties which were being offered 6 or 12 months ago but with a slightly smaller price tag! Those properties which actually are from the bank usually come to our attention via sources close to the local directors of local branches. Friends and often relatives of the branch manager “help” to sell these on through a network which inevitably results in the addition of commission being added as the property details are passed through the chain. Repossessions are either sold to a select few “in the know” or reach the public eye at a price which is not attractive.

CAM Bank have taken the initiative to centralise the sale of ALL their repossessions and distressed sales. We are now able to offer these properties direct from the bank to you.
Properties Sold at Debt Value
The properties will be sold at the debt value, only a small additional fee on the debt will be added to cover the administration charges. This means you will be purchasing the property at an incredible price and as this is not offered through a chain of 3rd parties the price will not have been inflated with high commissions.
“The List”
Each and every CAM Bank repossession and those that are in the process of being repossessed will be available to you directly on LIVE database listing which can be viewed at any time by licensed users. The list is updated directly from CAM Bank and will contain information about the price, address, type of property and size of property. Initially this will be in the form of a spreadsheet but in the future this will be a live link direct to the CAM Bank system.
