· The north is the most populated mainly due to the airport being here.
· Chaweng is the “party” hub of the island with a mass of bars and clubs. Beaches are beautiful and where most of the hotels are.
· North Chaweng is a bit more exclusive so 15 minute walk to the main area or jump in a taxi
· Choeng Mon to the north of Chaweng (the furthest point in the north) is an exclusive area. The Dusit hotel is currently under construction and some of the best beaches on the island can be found here
· 15 minutes going across the top of the island is Bophut where you’d find Fishermans village. Boutique shops and restaurants and no party bars like Chaweng. More for families or people who are looking for a quiet holiday. Many small guesthouses line the sea front and get booked up very quickly
· The south is starting to grow and here you’ll find exclusive villas on the mountain side with views which take your breath away
· The Conrad, Hyatt are currently under construction and the famous Nikki Beach is opening in the next month or so.

· Due to the climate, there’s always a rental market here and due to our location in the world, we have many nationalities visiting. Koh Tao is accessible from Samui by boat and has been named as one of the best dive sites in Asia. We also have the island of Koh Phangan just across the way where there are ferry taxis going backwards and forward everyday.
